new design!

I thought it was high time to give the blog a facelift -- what do you think? Extra special thanks to my friend Lori for her assist with the new header design! Over the next couple of weeks I'd like to do a lot of blog maintenance, to hopefully clean up broken links, tweak font colors, etc., so let me know if you run into any issues.

Looks gorrrrgeous.

One bit of feedback: I would prefer the blog font a tad darker. Lighter shades of gray hurt my eyes.

Otherwise everything is lovely. The header is gorgeous and I love the pop of yellow.

Thanks for the feedback, everyone! I darkened the post font a bit, hope that helps!

Nice and bright colours - looks good! For me, the two bold patterns in the background are a bit too noisy, but it matters not. I mainly read the blog through Google Reader anyway. :)

Thanks you two! :)

@Traxy - I think I'm in a 1920s art deco mood at the moment, that's why this works for me right now. ;)
