Saw the long-awaited first installment of The Hobbit today. Right now all I can say is Richard m'dear, you did me proud. :)

I have to admit my shallowness and say that he is a big reason that I want to see this movie! :D

Oh gosh, I think everyone I have encountered who already loves Richard has come to this conclusion....

Myself included ;-)

He was awesome, wasn't he? :) My mom kept talking about what a handsome dwarf he was (along with the dark-haired younger one, Fili or Kili- I can't remember which :). I told her that if she thinks he's handsome as a dwarf, wait until she sees him in North & South. I've been after my parents to watch that forever!

{I really hope you're planning on writing a review. :) }

@Kara - No worries, I completely understand. :)

@Ella - Fun, right? And so well-deserved! :)

@Kristin - Oh he was FAB. And I think you're referring to Kili...he was a doll too. :)

I'm re-reading the book now...hope to write something about the film when I'm done!! :)

@Deborah - Seriously I could not agree with you more!!! :)
