I'll be curious to see how this sells. Personally, I'd be more likely to wait for the entire series to be released and purchase it then. Great post! Thanks for the heads up.
ReplyDelete@Juju - Me too. Hopefully the price point will intrigue a lot of shoppers to pick up the disc & try out the show! (And I suspect I'll be one of them, ha!)
ReplyDeleteInteresting idea. I think I'll pass though. =)
ReplyDelete@Charity - Yay willpower! ;)
ReplyDeleteAs tempted as I will be to try this one (I did watch the last thirty-some minutes of one episode a couple of weeks ago), I think I'll wait for the entire set as opposed to paying ten bucks for 5 episodes and then paying double for those five plus the other additional shows.
ReplyDeleteI do like the idea of five dollars off though... ;D
@Rissi - I'm really hoping it brings more fans to the show. It is cheaper than iTunes per episode after all (last check they were $2.99/ep). Plus it'll give me something to watch over the summer. ;)
ReplyDeleteOn occasion, I have been known to muster willpower. It never seems to last very long. ;)
ReplyDelete@Charity - Story of my life, ha! ;)
