Tessa Afshar was born in a nominally Muslim family in Iran and lived there for the first fourteen years of her life. She survived English boarding school for girls before moving to the United States permanently. Her conversion to Christianity in her mid-twenties changed the course of her life forever. Tessa holds an MDIV from Yale University where she served as co-Chair of the Evangelical Fellowship at the

So happy you finished N&S...hoping the tears of joy have abated. :) I had forgotten this when your posts on the subject prompted me to dig into my old blog archives - I somehow never did official reviews of N&S. Shocking, right? I think maybe I was intimidated by it's awe-inspiring fabulousness. Either that or I wanted to keep Richard Armitage to myself, LOL! Anyways, I want to get reviews up soon in the coming weeks, so look for them hopefully sooner rather than later. :) Can't wait to read your thoughts!

This sounds good. I like the cover. I like Francine Rivers books about Biblical women, too, so this really appeals to me.
